1. Who we are
This website is run by [Savaya botanicals] When you use our site or buy from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that counts. If you keep using our site after a change, you agree to the new terms.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's OK, to buy from us.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items at the price shown, plus any shipping costs. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email and your payment goes through.
We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price on the site was wrong, or we think the order is fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. We can change prices at any time, but you always pay the price you saw when you ordered. Sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
6. Subscriptions
If you choose Subscribe & Save, we charge you and send your order on a set schedule until you cancel. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
7. Shipping and ownership
The items are yours once you've paid in full. Once the carrier delivers your package, it's your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and refunds

9. Using our products
Our products are dietary supplements and skin care. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Read the label before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, take medicine, or have a health condition, ask your doctor first. Stop using a product if you have a reaction.
10. Gift cards
Digital gift cards are good for 6 months from the day you buy them. After that, they can't be used.
11. Text messages
If you sign up for our texts, you agree to get recurring messages from us. You don't need to sign up to buy anything. We don't charge for texts, but your phone plan may charge for messages and data. Reply STOP at any time to stop. For help, email info@savayabotanicals.com.
12. Our content
All text, photos, logos, and videos on this site belong to Savaya. You can't copy or use them without our written OK.
13. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, Savaya is not responsible for indirect or follow-up damage from using our site or our products. If something goes wrong with a product, the most we owe you is a new product or a refund of what you paid for it.
