We have tried so many things for my teenage daughter's acne, and none of them have worked for more than a few weeks. Her skin seems to be clearing up so much better with this treatment from the inside out. It think she still has some ways to go, but I know itntakes time.
I did the 3 month protocol. It definitely improved the acne on my face, and on my back as well. It didn't make it fully go away, however. Every time I have my period I still get deep, painful cysts, especially on my back, which is a hormonal issue. This did help to heal my gut and make me regular, as before I was struggling with constipation and gut issues, which was definitely contributing to my breakouts. Just make sure you drink PLENTY of water while taking it. All in all, I'd say this is worth it and I would use it again if I needed it. I am going to try another detox supplement (chlorella) for a while and see how that goes. But I would recommend this product to anyone with gut and skin problems.

I will give this 5 stars because of their customer service. Their charcoal cleanser and turmeric cleanser have been great for my broken out skin! I am on a month and a half and my skin has been chronically inflamed but this supplement has slowly been helping. I'm pairing this with clean eating and daily workouts and sometimes the supplement gives me indigestion, and one time I thought it got stuck in my esophagus, I think this is powerful stuff and hoping to see how I feel after 90 days.
