If our products don't help you improve your skin within 60 days of daily use, we refund you. We stand behind our formulas — and we know they don't work for everyone. If you're in that group, we want to make it right.
The 3 conditions to qualify

One refund claim per customer, per order. The guarantee covers one product — not the full bundle.
Track with 3 photos
Take a photo on Day 0 (the day your order arrives), Day 30, and Day 60. Same angle, same lighting, same area of skin.
Use daily for 60 days
Use the product every day as directed, for at least 60 consecutive days from the delivery date. Submit your claim within 30 days after Day 60.
Your 60-day journey, step by step
The guarantee only works if you follow the protocol. Here's exactly what to do, from the day your order arrives:
Day 0 — The day your order arrives
- Take your Day 0 photo: clear lighting, no filter, the area of skin you want to improve (face, back, chest). Save it on your phone with today's date.
- Start using the product daily, following the label instructions.
- Mark Day 60 on your calendar now — it's the date that matters.
Days 1 to 29 — Build the habit
- Use daily, don't skip days. Consistency is what makes the formula work.
- Optional: take weekly photos. Small changes are hard to spot day-to-day but obvious week-to-week.
Day 30 — Halfway photo
- Take your Day 30 photo — same angle, same lighting, same area as Day 0.
- Keep using daily for the next 30 days.
Days 31 to 59 — Keep going
- Most people see visible change between Day 45 and Day 60. Don't stop early.
- The 60-day window is what we guarantee. Stopping before Day 60 means the guarantee no longer applies.
Day 60 — Final photo
- Take your Day 60 photo — same setup as Day 0 and Day 30.
- If your skin has visibly improved: no action needed.
- If it hasn't improved: submit your claim within the next 30 days (see below).
Submitting your 60-day claim
You have 30 days after Day 60 to submit your claim. Email info@savayabotanicals.com with:
- Your order number
- Your 3 photos: Day 0, Day 30, and Day 60
- A short note on how you used the product (daily or not, skipped periods, etc.)
We reply within 48 business hours with next steps. Approved claims are refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping). A $6 restocking fee per item applies.
Returning an unused product (14-day window)
Changed your mind before trying the product? You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. This is a separate path from the 60-day guarantee — no photos or tracking needed.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Minor packaging imperfections or natural variations in texture, scent, or color are not considered quality issues — our formulations include botanical and naturally derived ingredients
- We ship directly from the USA; our return address is in Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping
- A $6 restocking fee per item applies
How to request a 14-day return:
- Email info@savayabotanicals.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions
- Once we receive the return and confirm the items meet the conditions, we refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping), minus the restocking fee

Order cancellations
Because we ship quickly (1 business day on average), cancellations are only possible within 4 hours of placing your order. Email info@savayabotanicals.com as quickly as possible. A 5% processing fee applies.
After this window, your order is already in prep and can't be canceled — but you can still return unused product under the 14-day policy above.
Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on skincare or supplement products. If you're unsure which product is right for you, take our 60-second quiz or email us for guidance.
Final sale items
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Received a faulty or damaged product?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item. We'll assist you with a full refund or replacement if the product is deemed faulty.
