Refund policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Savaya every day for 90 days. If it doesn't help your skin, we'll give you your money back.

How the guarantee works:
- Use the product every day, as the label says, for the full 90 days in a row. Day 1 is the day your order arrives.
- Take 3 photos of your skin: one on the day it arrives, one on day 45, and one on day 90.
- After your 90 days, you have 30 days to email us. Send your order number and your 3 photos to info@savayabotanicals.com.
- We refund 1 product per order, and 1 claim per customer.
- We send the money back to the card or payment method you used.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days after your order arrives.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the box they came in. This keeps every product safe and clean.
- To start a return, email info@savayabotanicals.com with your order number and the items you want to send back.
- We reply within 48 business hours with the return steps.
- You can send 1 return request per order.
- You pay for return shipping. Our return address is in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- We refund returns as a Savaya e-gift card. Shipping costs are not refunded, and there is a $6 restocking fee per item.
- Our products are made with plants, so small changes in color, smell, or texture are normal. These are not a reason for a return.

How long a return takes:
- Your package takes about 2 to 3 weeks to reach our warehouse.
- We need about 2 to 3 more weeks to check it.
- When it's done, we email you.

Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 5 days after your order arrives, with photos of the item. If it's damaged or wrong, we'll send you a new one or give you a full refund.

Exchanges
We don't do exchanges on skin and health products, for safety. Not sure what to pick? Email us before you buy and we'll help.

Final sale
Items marked "Final Sale" can't be returned.

Canceling an order
You can cancel within 4 hours after you order. Email info@savayabotanicals.com. There is a 5% processing fee. After 4 hours, your order is being packed and we can't cancel or change it.
