At Savaya, we understand that skincare is personal and sometimes, a product might not be the perfect match. Whether your skin didn’t respond as expected or you changed your mind, we’re here to help. Your confidence, wellbeing, and satisfaction matter to us.

We have skin in the game
If our products don't help you improve your skin within 60 days of daily use, we don't want your money.
We know that our solution is extremely effective. But we also know that it's not going to work for everyone and their mother.
Guarantee terms
We refund a maximum of 1 product per order/customer.
You must upload before & after photos: the first photo on day 0 (from the delivery date), the second on day 30, and the third on day 60.
You must have used the products daily as instructed, for a minimum of 60 consecutive days from the delivery date. You then have 30 days after completing the 60-day period to submit your claim.
RETURNS:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that minor packaging imperfections or natural variations in texture, scent, or color are not considered quality issues, as our formulations include botanical and naturally derived ingredients.

We ship directly from USA, to ensure fresh delivery of your skincare essentials.

Our return address is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, for your convenience.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. (We’re actively working on more flexible return options.)

To protect product integrity and hygiene, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Only one return request per order is allowed

We’ll reply within 48 business hours with return instructions
Refunds are issued as a Savaya e-gift card, excluding shipping costs. A $6 restocking fee per item will apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed by contacting info@savayabotanicals.com.
A 5% processing fee applies. After this window, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order, so please review carefully before confirming.
Return Processing Timeline

Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued as a Savaya E-gift card.
Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on skincare products. If you’re unsure about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Received a faulty or damaged product?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item. We’ll assist you with a full refund or replacement if the product is deemed faulty.
