Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that minor packaging imperfections or natural variations in texture, scent, or color are not considered quality issues, as our formulations include botanical and naturally derived ingredients.

Important return guidelines:

  • We ship directly from Latvia, Europe, to ensure fresh delivery of your skincare essentials.

  • Our return address is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, for your convenience.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. (We’re actively working on more flexible return options.)

  • To protect product integrity and hygiene, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to request a return:

  1. Send an email to: info@savayabotanicals.com

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return

  3. Only one return request per order is allowed

  4. We’ll reply within 48 business hours with return instructions

Refunds are issued as a Savaya e-gift card, excluding shipping costs. A $6 restocking fee per item will apply.


Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed by contacting info@savayabotanicals.com.
A 5% processing fee applies. After this window, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order, so please review carefully before confirming.


Return Processing Timeline

  • Returns typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse

  • Processing your return can take an additional 2–3 weeks

  • Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued as a Savaya e-gift card, minus a $20.95 flat-rate shipping fee


Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges on skincare products. If you’re unsure about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.


Received a faulty or damaged product?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item. We’ll assist you with a full refund or replacement if the product is deemed faulty.
