I have tried so many things to try to get a handle on my adult acne. I'm talking hundreds of dollars in dermatologist appointments and fancy skin care products. They scratched the surface but I was still dealing with random breakouts that caused acne scarring because I can't seem to leave my skin alone. After 1 month of using this supplement, I have not had a single cystic pimple. The ones I have had have been tiny and were probably purging. I did not feel the need to pick at them, they went away quickly on their own and I did not have any acne scarring. I will be continuing to use this product. Also! I feel so much lighter, my boyfriend asked me if I lost weight (I hadn't) but it has reduced my bloating significantly and truly has me feeling myself.

It works pretty well, I definitely feel like it’s cleansing the gut. I’m about 60 days in and there’s some improvement in my face, it’s definitely not totally clear but better than it was before.
